## About
My name is Tracy and I am currently looking for full time employment in the Seattle and Portland region/remote. In terms of work experience, I have worked as an Interior Design Specialist and a Visual Merchandiser Assistant at Pottery Barn for the past 3 years. Through the position I have worked with clients to design their residential spaces and learned to work in a fast paced environment. In addition, I work as the rendering artist for Fireclay Tile where I utilize tools such as Sketchup to produce visual designs of the products for consumers (homeowners and commercial spaces). I had always had a strong interest in interior design and architecture growing up and has since been interested in residential and commercial design through an artistic lens. I specifically have a strong interest in working in the technical side of the field with CAD as well as material and furniture selection in order to create cohesive and visually aesthetic designs. I was first introduced to CAD via SolidWorks when I was exploring engineering at UW and loved the process and have since picked up Revit, Autocad, and Sketchup. I self taught myself Photoshop in middle school as a hobby, so technical design and detail comes quickly and naturally to me. I’d love the opportunity to join at an entry level and to really be involved in learning multiple aspects of architectural specifications and standards.
